This programme is suitable for: a) people who suspect that some foods trigger symptoms and would like to understand which these are, b) people who would like to lose some extra kilos (approx 3kgs), c) people who want to optimise their nutrition and learn more about nutrition. <\/p><p>You can learn more about this program and when the next Detox challenge will take place <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/kknutrition\/kknutrition-detox-challenge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p><p>Our new group programme is aimed at those who have borderline elevated cholesterol levels and would like to try through nutrition to optimise their cholesterol levels. This is a hybrid programme mixing weekly group food challenges and one line group sessions with one-to-one consultations. It is conducted online within a fun and supportive group setting guided by our resident nutritional therapist Korina Karadimou. These seminars are tailored on the corporate needs and crafted in partnership with the commissioning team.
